This page describes how we obtain and honor consent for automated text messages related to missed calls and appointment booking.

Greeting callers hear

“Sorry we missed your call! Press 1 now to get an instant text with our direct booking link. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Example

Caller dials our number and hears the greeting above. If nobody answers, they receive one text: “GotAIAutom8ed: Sorry we missed your call! Book a free quote here: https://cal.com/nathan-hidalgo-c29bu1/15min. Reply STOP to opt out.”

How consent is recorded

Consent is given when the caller explicitly presses 1 on their phone keypad during the unanswered call IVR prompt. Each opt-in event is logged with the caller's phone number, date, time, and keypad selection.

Reply STOP at any time and no further texts are sent. For help, reply HELP or email nathan@gotaiautom8ed.com.

One booking text per missed call. No marketing or promotional messages.
